When your purchase was made, we informed you that; Unfortunately, we could not
guarantee your delivery over the holiday season as Australia Post had their express cut-off date the previous day for Christmas.
Frustratingly our postal system is facing its largest surge of mail in its history, Australia Post has advised all businesses that Express post is still prioritised over standard mail, so it is, in fact, still express.
Thank you for understanding that your purchase was dispatched immediately to your postal address and has since arrived.
As emailed to you, there are two options we can take:
Once you receive your purchase, you may return it to Sender, and once it arrives back here in perfect, unopened condition, we will be happy to reach out and process a refund.
Otherwise, we are happy to refund the cost of the express delivery as a $15 discount on your next shop.
