Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your hair 'Loxx Of London' operate a no quibble 20-day money back return or exchange policy.
If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons all hair extensions must still be attached to all packaging, if you are not 100% sure you will hang on to your new 'Loxx' please do not remove from packaging as this may void your ability to exchange or refund.

We cannot take responsibility for any colouring or toning of any extensions and desired results not achieved.  We are unable to guarantee the products used or the process taken to alter the tone or colour of your extensions.

To return items for a refund or exchange you must email us at info@loxxoflondon.com.au to let us know of your intent to return.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@loxxoflondon.com.au

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@loxxoflondon.com.au and send your item to: Parcel Locker 10260 79852, 44-48 Pier Street, Altona, Victoria, 3018, Australia

We do not process exchanges your item will need to be sent back for a refund and your new item purchased online.

 

Shipping

We use Australia post to ship all item. Times are an estimate for all stocked items.
Processing time
All ordered processed before 12pm will be sent the same day.
Australian orders
All orders will take 1-4 business days for delivery
International Orders 
All orders will take approximately 8 business days

Sending Product Back

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we are not responsible for any packages that are not received.
